1. Application of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Non-Domestic Energy Assessments, EPC lodgements, and related ESG software services provided by EnergySurvey.io to commercial clients. By requesting a quote or booking a survey, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Automated Estimates: The quotes generated by our online intake engine are preliminary estimates based on the square footage, use class, and complexity variables you provide.

Final Confirmation: We reserve the right to amend the final quote after visually reviewing your uploaded floor plans or conducting the initial site visit. If the building's complexity (e.g. complex HVAC systems requiring Level 4 modelling) differs from your initial submission, we will issue a revised quote for your approval before proceeding.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure rapid and accurate service, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate building data, including floor plans and mechanical specifications where available.
  • Ensure our accredited assessors have safe, unhindered access to all required areas of the property (including plant rooms and roof spaces) on the scheduled survey date.
  • Confirm they hold the necessary rights or permissions to share the uploaded architectural or mechanical documents with us.

4. Delivery and Lodgement

We will use reasonable endeavours to meet any agreed turnaround times. Upon completion of the site survey and iSBEM calculations, we will lodge the commercial EPC on the official UK register and provide you with the final compliance report.

5. Software and Intellectual Property

Where you opt to use our interactive ESG dashboard:

  • Access is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, powered by High Digital.
  • All intellectual property rights in the software, scenario engines, and underlying code remain the exclusive property of High Digital.
  • The data generated from your specific building assessment belongs to you, but you grant us a licence to process it within the dashboard to provide your decarbonisation roadmaps.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract or negligence, shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific survey or service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of rental income, or regulatory fines incurred by you relating to MEES compliance deadlines.
