Welcome to EnergySurvey.io, powered by High Digital. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and commercial data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and securely store your data when you visit our website or use our B2B intake and quoting services.

2. The Data We Collect

We collect data to provide accurate commercial EPC quotes and to conduct building physics modelling. This includes:

  • Identity Data: First name, last name, and job title.
  • Contact Data: Email address, telephone number, and company name.
  • Property Data: Building addresses, approximate square footage, and current EPC ratings.
  • Technical Documents: Floor plans, CAD files, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals uploaded via our secure portal.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data to:

  • Calculate automated survey quotes.
  • Conduct Level 3 and Level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessments.
  • Lodge official EPC certificates with the relevant UK Government registry.
  • Pipe building physics data into your corporate ESG dashboards (via High Digital) if you opt into our software services.

4. Data Security and Storage

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way. All commercial documents and floor plans uploaded through our B2B intake form are encrypted and stored in secure, private cloud buckets. We limit access to your data to those employees and contractors who have a strict business need to know.

5. Data Sharing

To fulfil our legal and operational obligations, we may share your data with:

  • The UK Government: To legally lodge your completed EPC on the national register.
  • High Digital: Our parent technology partner, strictly for the purpose of hosting the ESG dashboard and scenario modelling software.

We do not sell your data to third-party marketing agencies.
